1st Injury for Luc!

Poor Luc was just putting something on the counter in the kitchen and slipped hitting his head on the leg of the kitchen chair apparently just right because when I picked him up to hold him he had this screaming noise I had never heard before. I just tried to comfort him and when he lifted his head my hands were just dripping with blood and it was just pooring out of his head. It's crazy how much a head bleeds! He had a gash about two inches long but it was gapping open. It was off to the er for a long 3 hrs. (JOKE!) He got 3 staples which took all of 5 seconds once we finally got in. He had to wear this head wrap which he says is like a hockey helmet. The opening was still bleeding really good before bed but we are better today. 10 days and we will go through the removel of them. Yuck. All he kept saying was "Can I play hockey when I get home?" So, the doctor ok'd that so he was pretty happy. LOL
